Taking Georgia as an example, this flash session reflect on the roles of different national stakeholders, how to get them involved and the types of actions that should be taken to combat hate speech online.

The session will reflect on the experiences of the newly established national Internet Governance forum and how to link capacity building and awareness raising projects with national programmes and legislative actions on non-discrimination.
