Ukraine has shown remarkable resilience against attacks to destroy its infrastructure, as well as attempts to break its morale by disinformation and hate speech. The war has also raised the fundamental question of how long and to what extent the core of the Internet can remain neutral ground in a world of worsening geopolitical crisis?
