After setting the agenda.
After setting the agenda each working group in charge of the preparation of a session becomes assigned a section in the wiki. The '''working group sections''' are the place to document and upload both official '''organisatory''' and '''thematic content'''. This procedure provides for transparency and offers the possibility to engage remotely before the June meeting.
Each working group section has a session host and a maximum of two additional co-hosts, also responsible for the documentation in the wiki.  If you want to send suggestions or input to the working group coordinators of a particular working group, please check the section [[who is who]] or visit the corresponding section.
