When AI takes over, how can we, as humans, stay in control? How can we ensure that artificial intelligence is open to human intervention? Which decisions might be made by artificial intelligence and which definitely not?

== Session description == 
Artificial intelligence has huge economic and social potential. As a consequence the technology is used more and more throughout various sectors. This varies from algorithms that decide which news items you are presented on the websites you visit to algorithms which support doctors and judges with their diagnoses and verdicts. In the future ever more decisions will be made or influenced by algorithms. Because of this, many questions arise. Such as: How do we, as humans, stay in control? How can we ensure that artificial intelligence is open to human intervention? Which decisions should be made by artificial intelligence and which not? The answers are crucial for the trust in artificial intelligence by society. 

== Format == 
The first half of the session, the speakers will provide their insights into the issue. After that, the moderator will open up the floor for a lively discussion.
