Session description

The session aims to discuss the results of the third annual meeting of the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG), which was held on 24-25 May 2017, in Ohrid. We will start with a brief overview of the meeting and the key messages that have resulted from the discussions on Internet governance realities and challenges in SEE and neighbouring countries. And we would also want to hear your views about SEEDIG as a process, about the 2017 meeting, and about the future of the initiative. Linkages between SEEDIG and other IGF initiatives (the global IGF, EuroDIG, and national IGFs from the region) will be discussed as well.

Format

Brief overview of SEEDIG and the 2017 meeting, followed by open discussions with participants.
