Working title: Cosenza Chamber of Commerce sustainability report 2021
Proposal: Due to its deep connection with all 17 SDGs, the digital revolution can be considered the main tool to support a transition to a sustainable economy on a global scale. All public administration should be interested and committed to a technological and sustainable economic transition fostered also by the recent pandemic. The Chamber of Commerce of Cosenza is strongly committed to pursuing the sustainable development goals (SDGs) of the UN 2020 agenda. As evidence of its commitment, the Chamber entered the Global Pact of the United Nations. In 2021, the Cosenza Chamber of Commerce intends to publish the sustainability report for the first time. The report is mandatory only for European companies of public interest or with more than five hundred employees, whose consolidated financial statements meet certain criteria established by law. The decision to produce and publish the sustainability report is just a part of a global sustainable programm of this public administration.
