YOUthDIG 2022, main programme
Social media and other applications do all it can to attract your attention and keep you online as much as possible. However, there is little focus on the mental health of users. What impact does this have and what can you do to look after your own mental health while participating in the digital world? In this session, our speakers from the European Leadership Academy will discuss this topic with the participants.
Format
This session will take place in a discussion format, where the speaker and the YOUthDIG-participants discuss digital mental health.
