- Growing entrepreneurial culture but continued reluctance by investors
- New online business models and the use of meta / big data
- Internationalization of IT-SMEs
- Cross-border interference with Internet infrastructure
- Financing / Venture Capital / Tax issues
- Access to qualified labour
- Access to R&D
