YOUthDIG 2023 programme
The second YOUthDIG 2023 webinar will be divided into two sessions: European Tech/Cyber Diplomacy and Group presentation preparations. The first session will be led by Christina Steinbrecher-Pfandt, an international art curator and CEO of the TechDiplomacy.org network, who will introduce attendees to the concept of European Tech Diplomacy.
