How to participate

Participating in the Preparatory Meetings

There are several preparatory meetings where you can help setting the agenda and get in touch with the organizing and partner institutions as well as many other organizations and individuals interested in a contribution both personally or via remote participation. The next meetings are:

• 31 Jan 2014: 1st public EuroDIG planning meeting in Berlin, 11-18h Agenda at Google's Berlin office
• Feb 2014: 2nd public EuroDIG planning meeting at the IGF consultations in Geneva

Participating in the preparation of the sessions

After setting the agenda each working group in charge of the preparation of a session becomes assigned a section in the wiki. The wiki working group sections are the place to document and upload both organisatory and thematic content. This procedure provides for transparency and offer participants the possibility to engage remotely before the June meeting and send suggestions or input to the working group coordinators.
