Young people are active users of social media and online social networks which can be useful for entrepreneurship, innovation and business purposes not only as a connection tool but as well as learning tool. Online networking competencies for entrepreneurship and innovation are crucial for millennial in order to optimize their online social network platform use and to get more leverage from online social networks. The session focuses in interactively proposing and discussing a set online networking competencies for millennials.
