YOUthDIG 2026 programme

Session teaser

  • Do you want your voice to be heard in a room full of experts?
  • Do you wonder how to make a strong point in just two minutes?
  • Do you want to speak with confidence, even when the microphone is suddenly yours?

At EuroDIG and IGF, many YOUthDIG participants will have short but highly visible speaking moments. An intervention, a question, a brief pitch. In this session, you will work on how to prepare and deliver clear, confident interventions in real multistakeholder settings. Not theory, but practical guidance you can apply immediately.

The workshop will be delivered by Hans Seeuws, former TV journalist, former spokesperson for federal ministers, and currently head of the .eu Business Operations department.

We will focus on what makes messages land under time pressure.

  • How to structure a message that works within tight time limits
  • Understand what makes an intervention effective and memorable
  • Identify common pitfalls and how to avoid them
  • Build confidence to speak up in high‑pressure rooms

The aim is not to sound perfect, but to be clear, credible, and heard. If you want to make the most of your speaking moments, this session is for you.
