This flash session will provide you with the necessary information on how to choose and register your domain name and demonstrate how to set up basic services connected to a domain name, namely a mail box and a webpage.
Session description
Apart from tips and tricks to keep in mind when choosing and registering your domain name, we will focus on what to pay attention to when it comes to online branding, securing your domain name or specifics of a domain name with in non-latin scripts (IDN). We will go together through practical steps of choosing a suitable hosting plan, setting up a mailbox and a webpage with WordPress.
